Mr. Johari was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the original operating company known as Matrix Maritime & Resources Pte. Ltd.,. He has had experience in the petroleum and lubricant field with Agip Petroli Spa of Rome, Italy, from 1984 to 1999. Representative of Emirate National Oil Company (ENOC) to expand its brand presence in Asia. Creation of market presence of its products especially lubricant, Urea and crude oil.
